We have confirmed that the issue is now resolved, and the Togather iOS App should now be working for all users. If you or other Church members are experiencing this or similar issues, please make sure to update Togather from the App Store.
We will be publishing a full incident report ASAP, and rest assured that we have put steps in place to ensure this issue does not reoccur. Stability of the Togather App is our utmost priority alongside ensuring a great experience and 'uptime' for our Churches and their members.

The update that corrects this issue is now live and available to all Church app users in the App Store. Users who open their Togather app will be required to update it before they can continue using the app.
We have also just sent a notice to all users to let them know about the critical update, so that they can be active again. For transparency, we sent a notification that appeared as:

We have rolled out an update to the app store. This update accomplishes multiple goals:
- Users will be able to sign in, sign up, and use their Church app as expected
- Users that were previously signed out will be automatically signed back in
We are working on sending a message to all iOS app users to let them know about this critical update. We will also be completing a full review of what went wrong in this outage and provide an incident report here.

We have identified the source of the issue and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to you and other Church members. We have submitted a fix to Apple for emergency review and are awaiting successful feedback from them.

Users who land on a sign in page displaying their profile picture may be completely unable to sign back into their account. We are working on reproducing and fixing this issue and will have an update as quickly as possible.
